A. The response time is 1-2 working hours in advance to activate your aircraft. However, the availability is based on first cum first serve basis and often it can be earlier as well. As for all AAI (Airport Authority of India) airports, 24 hours prior notice is required for operating the aircraft but due to medical emergencies permissions are given at short notice. However, that is at the discretion of AAI. The Company will not be able to fly any aircraft until & unless proper clearance is received from all ground agencies before departure.
